Steele Hyundai Fredericton is looking for a Parts Clerk to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the parts department, working directly with customers, suppliers and technicians, providing information and service, and using the online parts catalogue to source required components.

Responsibilities

• Order parts for customers needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner
• Receive parts orders with accuracy
• Communicate with technicians and the service department to get the job done
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers
• Maintain the parts inventory count

What You Bring

• Previous automotive experience is an asset but not required
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
• Fluency with Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail
